Oops …VW Gold Mk VI IS Coming To U.S.
We reported (and told) that Martin Winterkorn – from the European division of VW would not be able to sell the brand new 2009 Golf Mk VI in the United States. We are happy to say that this is not true. Steve Keys – from the American division stated that there will be a Stateside production and it will be introduced this fall.
Keyes also told IL that the new Golf’s sales volumes have been factored into VWoA’s ‘09 financials. The world should get its first official look at the Golf VI at this year’s Paris Motor Show in October.
